Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and service interactions. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, request assistance by replying HELP, or contact us at support@auxio.ai.

2. SMS Service Provider

We use Twilio, a third-party SMS service provider, to deliver appointment-related messages. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that:

• Twilio will process your phone number and message content to deliver SMS communications
• Your phone number will be shared with Twilio solely for the purpose of sending appointment-related messages
• Twilio's privacy policy and terms of service apply to their handling of your data

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You have the right to opt out of SMS communications at any time:

• Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us

• Delayed or undelivered SMS messages due to carrier or network issues
• Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services
• Technical failures or interruptions in SMS delivery

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your phone number and other information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. SMS communications are processed through Twilio, and we take reasonable measures to protect your personal information.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through our services. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
